Satisfactory visit, some small issues
excellent meals friendly staff poor pressure hard mattress
The restaurant delivered excellent meals. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, I must say. The staff were friendly, and they helped me a lot. They smiled always.
The shower in my room didn't worked well. The water pressure was poor, it was just a trickle. The mattress felt hard, I didn't sleep well.

The breakfast selection was varied. It included both hot and cold options. The restaurant offered British, South Asian and East Asian dishes, the taste was AMAZING!!!
The hot tub was not functional on a couple of days. This was disappointing because it was a primary reason for my visit. I received assurances it would be ready by a certain time, but it was not.

A Good Spa Retreat
attentive staff wide variety relaxing experience clean area
The staff was lovely and always ready to help. Breakfast offered a wide variety with plenty of choice. The spa facilities are a great bonus. I found the restaurant and bar areas very clean and tidy.
I noticed some slight wear and tear in the bathrooms, which could benefit from a refresh.

delicious food spacious room
the food in the restaurant was delicious , and the chef was great. i enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and found it great to relax in. i appreciated the clean , spacious room , it even had nice views from the balcony.
the outdoor hot tub had a broken cover , and staff assistance was required to open it.

the staff were friendly and helpful , and they was to be very hard working. every member of staff was lovely and couldn't do enough for us all. the restaurant team was superb , and i found them helpful.

breakfast was very good , with cooked options and a good continental section. the cocktails were also delicious , and the bar guy worked hard to make sure everyone was looked after. i thought the evening meals were lovely both times.

the room was lovely and had everything we needed , including lots of storage. toiletries were replaced daily , and the bed was huge. i found the room to be plenty big for two adults and two children.

The room was immaculate and well-equipped. the spa area had a jacuzzi and an indoor pool that i enjoyed. breakfast included a good selection of options, the coffee was especially good!!! the staff were very friendly and helpful. They ensured i had everything i needed.
i did notice the outdoor hot tub was only warm.

the location is quite convenient, close enough to the town's attractions while still offering a peace all around. finding the hotel was also easy, i did not have problems. i liked it!

my room included a comfortable bed with good linens and pillows, i slept very well!!! the room had sufficient space for unpacking and moving around. adequate lighting was provided by bedside lamps and overhead fixtures.

cooked options continental section indoor jacuzzi wet swimwear
the breakfasts were amazing with a good choice of cooked options. there was also a nice continental section available. the cocktails were delicious..
upon arrival i learned that the indoor jacuzzi was not working. i had to go back through the hotel in wet swimwear to complain.
